I'm all for competition in camp. That said, I doubt that Carr wins that competition.

I concur with both sentiments. However, Roman did say after he was hired:
"David’s got a lot of unique skills and so does Alex. I think quarterbacks are very unique. I hate to take one and say he’s like another. You look at them individually… David’s a talented guy and we’ll see how it all fits together."
Much in the same way we would all defer to Harbaugh and co.'s expertise if they do go with Alex, I'm sure we would all be equally deferential in the unlikely event that they went with Carr instead, right?

I figure the fact that Harbaugh hasnt spoken one word about Carr the only signed QB on the team says quite a damn lot. Personally I haven't seen anything from Carr to get excited about. Let the competition begin ......
