Willis - certainly

Gore - top 7-8

Davis - top 5

Smith - top 10-12

The atrocious coaching of the past 5-6 years has made it hard to evaluate how good certain players truly are. Willis and Smith are the only ones who have really played about as well as we can expect. Just about everyone else would show better had the coaching been better.

When you can state your QB and Coach are the best in the league, who they draft of bring in as a FA always looks and performs better. Look at the niners when the had the qb's of Montana, Young and Steve Bono, they would be killing teams, bono would come in for mop up duty and look like a stud.

Remember when Green Bay had Favre, Brunell and Kurt Warner, now that was also a good qb line up.

The niners need to figure out who they are and build according. Green Bay knows who they are, hopefully the niners follow and we get a QB who can be the best in the league.

I would take Favre, Brunerll, Ty Detmer, and the cut Kurt Warner over all of the qb's on our roster last year.

I would take Favre, Brunerll, Ty Detmer, and the cut Kurt Warner over all of the qb's on our roster last year.

i think that goes without saying, was just correcting u cus warner never actually on the roster during the season

Mike Iupati will join that list soon. I just need to see him improve a little more and show consistancy year to year.

Davis, Willis, Lee. No other players on our team are top 5 at their position, the only other one that could be categorized as a top 10 player at their position is possibly Gore and Smith and they aren't locks imo.
