from espn sando....

Complaint department: Where to begin? The 49ers play a Monday night game at home against the Steelers followed by a Saturday game against the Seahawks at Qwest Field. That's a tough turnaround, but there is more. The 49ers play a Sunday game at home against division-rival Arizona on Dec. 11, followed by a Thanksgiving game across the country in Baltimore -- a highly anticipated matchup pitting 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh against his brother, John. That's just brutal. On top of it all, the league again saddled the 49ers with more 10 a.m. PT kickoffs than any West Coast team should have to face. Five of the six potential early starts will indeed kick off in the 10 a.m. PT hour, matching the total for Seattle. That's 27 early kickoffs in 28 chances since 2007. Good luck, Jim.

so the nfl just wanted harbaugh to start off on one of the worst planned schedules in the nfl...great...

Does this seem like a good deal? I might be able to find a plane ticket for cheaper...
3 out of our last 4 are on the road... meanwhile the SB champion GB packers have 3 out of their last 4 at home in Dec where its freezing. Doesnt seem fair somehow!

is that by bus or train? Bus would probably be the cheapest. They might even have one of those party buses headed that way. those are pretty fun.

plane would be cheaper than train (not 100%) this is just my opinion but a bus ride might be kinda annoying no way i can spend 5+hours on a bus ride

This season will truly will tax our team especially with a new QB, new playbooks, new coaching staff AND those 10am-ers.

We could still be looking at a top 10 pick.

Still, I wouldn't have it any other way. We have to earn this biatch!!!!

Looking forward to the home opener! Tailgate city!!!

I rode a bus from South Dakota to LA when I was younger. It was kinda cool and that took 3 days.

Screw a bus!!

I found a plane and hotel for under $350, I think that will be the way to go. I will be at that game with great seats!

Go with the train. WAY better the a plane for the same or less money. More freedom, easier loading/off loading, better food/drink, flexible schedule if you are late/early (usually), and it can be a blast.

Especially if you go with friends or find like minded fans on the train. Plus tons of college chicks use that train to go from DC/BAL/PHI to NY and back.
WOOOOOOOOOOO THANKSGIVING HARBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
