that means no player movement, no OTA's, no training camp. Harbaugh sets foot on the practice field with his team for the first time in late August for about 2 weeks before they play a meaningful game. During the off-season Harbaugh will need a player to keep the rest of the team focused and learning the offensive playbook. Usually, that player would be a QB, but the only one we have signed is Carr. Who's going to keep the team focused and learning the offensive playbook during the offseason?
