I agree the Steelers are the model to follow. They are consistent winners, they have a system and stick to it. Hopefully we can get back to what we were, a good offensive team with good QB play.
The 49ers of the 80s and 90s are the model to follow.
We have tried to be the 00' Ravens and 85' Bears and that has gone nowhere fast!
