vernon davis will be in the pro bowl...he deserved it anyway

His numbers were down but he was out almost a combined 2 games and still put up almost 1000 yards and 7 tds with different qbs throwing to him. Atl will most likely reach the sb and gonzalez will be bumped. I believe it should of been vd anyway then winslow then witten then gonzalez. What order would you put the nfc tes in?

On that note gore was second in all purpose yards to arian foster before he got injured for 6 games so he would of been in as well esp against teams like sea stl ariz games he would of dominated as usual. Do you think gore would of gotten snubbed if he played the full year. Peterson gore and mccoy should of all been in followed by turner? Im curious what you would order the nfc rbs as well.

Fans go by name recognition and past performence and past familiarity. They really have no idea what they are doing. I always thought the fan vote portion is really bad for the Pro Bowl. You are just playing favorites and well known names.

IMO only players and coaches should vote on the Pro Bowl. They know who is good.

I think Davis got snubbed too but Atlanta is certainly no lock for that Superbowl. Green Bay and Atlanta played a helluva game back in November this year and if any of those teams can beat ATL, it's Green Bay and their 2nd ranked defense

you're right, fans shouldnt vote, but a lot of the players dont take the vote seriously either

I know i didnt realize atl was so bad on d. I know we should of won that game. I hope gonzalez pulls out bc vd is a lot better and deserved it a lot more.

Yeah, even if Gonzo is healthy enough to play in the PB he won't (no player wants to risk further injury for a meaningless game).
