I seriously think that we are cursed for all the domination we imposed on the rest of the league in the 80's and the 90's.
Maybe the rest of the league conspires to keep the 9ers down now. s**t I don't know. I wasn't even very old when Eddie lost the team, I was like 7 I believe if it was in 98. But from what my mom and all of you guys on the zone tell me, he would've NEVER let things get this bad. He would've never let this team get so bad. He would've made sure we had a good FO, and we wouldn't have been f**ked with by the bears, jets, or fins. This is terrible.
Eddie D. would pay $8 Million / Year and land Harbaugh. And he would have a real GM. Not a down the hall REJECT.

"down the hall reject"? really SD? wow. you're...you're so .... man. smh.
~ Came up through the Scot M. school of FAIL.
~ Failed at 2010 draft.
~ Failed to land coach we wanted.
now will you please answer me with facts?
He was under Scot M. Was that a winning program? We could at least get a winning GM.
2010 Draft.
~ Traded up for Anthony Davis - F.
~ Iupati - A Future Pro Bowler
~ Mays - D Can't cover anybody
~ Bowman - C maybe a player
Ginn a decent pickup as a return guy. Didn't get much else.
Organization telegraphed and went ALL IN for Harbaugh and low balled the offer at $4.5 Million / year. Dolphins swoop in and offer $8 Million / year. We are going to end up with Josh McDaniels or some reject...
Actually, I don't have any issues with Baalke and the offer they gave to Harbaugh.
But I disagree with your assessment of the draft. Some draft picks don't even see the field for a year or two, yet all four of the guys you mentioned contributed. Understandably, they struggled, but Anthony Davis was showing improvement by the end of the season. Mays needs some time, while Bowman was benched for a guy (Takeo) who had, IMO, a better season than the best linebacker in football (Willis).
As for the Harbaugh situation. I'll only be disappointed if the York don't respond to the Dolphins' offer. I understand if they don't want to make a rookie HC the highest-paid HC in the league. There's a lot of good options out there right now. But they don't sound very committed like they said they were, if they give up on their first choice very quickly. I HOPE that if Harbaugh begins to sway toward the Dolphins, Jed ups his bid to $5-6M.
