What Modle/ Plan Are We Following?

I'm not sure I understand what our vision looks like. Like a successful business, successful teams have to have a plan or a model that they want to build their team around. As for me, I would look at successful organizations and build in one of their images. That's how many of the top teams today became who they are today. Many of them were not particularly tough when the 9ers were in their heyday. Many of them looked at the 9ers and other successful organizations and brought in personnel from their, organized their management and coaching philosophy to mimic theirs, etc. Lately the team we seem to be most connected to is the Ravens. Are we following the Raven’s model? I hope not. I know they have been impressive at times but, I would prefer for us to follow... 1) Our old model- Bring the family back to the fold. Bring back Camelot! 2) New England, Green Bay, Pittsburg, Indianapolis -These teams, although frustrating to compete against, have created solid programs with solid plans and have had continual success for extended periods of time. what's scary/frustrating is the York's don't know either...

until proven otherwise, I believe they make the wrong decision for coach/GM.

You know that there are a series of books entitled "_________ for Dummies." Well, there must be a book out there somewhere that is titled "Running an NFL Team for Dummies." I think the Yorks bought the book eight years ago, and they swear by it.
