Are you stuck in the middle?

Are any of you stuck in the middle, and want to make the playoffs but still want a top 10 draft pick? Do you want a new Head Coach NOW and still have an extra game in January? Or have you decided to either win at all costs, pick 21st in draft, and delay coaching search? Or tank the rest of the season, pick 5th in draft, and start coaching search right away?????

How about the option of "I don't care anymore."

The whole point of being a fan is rooting for your team to win.

I'm stuck in the "This team sucks and I'm over it until they overhaul" mindset.

The NFL is not the league it used to be. Gone are the days of Dynastys dominating year after year like we used to. You can make an argument for the Patriots, but these teams are farther and fewer between. Hell, the Panthers were 12-2 two years ago. The Cardinals were in the Super Bowl 2 years ago. Both these teams are garbage now. Yes we need a new coach and a Franchise QB, but the goal of playing in the NFL is to make it to the playoffs and WIN NOW. Once you make it to the playoffs, it's anyones game.

So tanking the seaon and banking on the future isn't any more garaunteed than us losing in the 1st round. Haven't we been banking on the future long enough? Look where that's gotten us. Damn it, if we have the opportunity to go now then lets go. I garauntee if you asked Lions Fans, Panther Fans, Browns Fans, hell ANY other team fans, if they wanted to go to the playoffs or their team to tank it, being in our situation right now, they would ALL say playoffs.

My point is if we can go to the playoffs now, which is the goal, regardless of circumstances, then why the f**k not go? It makes no sense. Are you a fan of the team or not? Leave the politics, the firing, the hiring, and ownership decisions up to the owners. Just do your job as a fan, and root like hell for your team to win. I don't see why that's so hard to comprehend.
