I'm watching Newton ball out of his mind in the SEC championship game. Realized that Mallet and Locker both cooled off this year, Mallet's maturity has been questioned and Locker isn't a polished passer. Andrew Luck gets mentioned all the time, but he'll be gone before we pick. People don't seem to want to give Troy Smith a chance, and even though he's 3-1, he's had a hard time seeing the field and making the right reads So, what say you to spending a 1st round pick next year on a 6'6 250 lb. freak whose embroiled in controversy but could be headed for a heisman and a national championship?

yes, vick is a great comparison....9 years and jail time to become a QB.
