Looks like some d-bag/copyright representative reported the vid and had it taken down.
It was a video segment from 'America's Game' of the 1988 49ers, highlighting the events leading up to the NFC Championship game (against the Bears). Reporters were asking Singletary how each team might plan against each other, and Sing replies (in a famous 'Sing' manor) "they're gonna have to look at the film!"
Sucks that Youtube just took it down, but if you have a copy of the America's Game: The 1988 49ers, just look towards the second-to-final chapter of the DVD.
