Nedney should invite him out on the new yacht he is going to buy with his next contract. Dude made it painfully obvious how valuable Nedney is to this team.

I guessed right that we would sign him when Nedney injured him, but he's not a NFL caliber kicker. Damn you Schotty and Singletary.

Yes, thank God.
Nedney is getting old and is by no means "automatic" anymore, either.

I'll never take nedney for granted again.
Although andrus did take a good angle and ran down stevens howling. maybe he can be a safety.

Dare I ask...Where is Jose Cortez these days? Now there was a kicker who attracted fan hatred (and sometimes players like Larry Allen) like no other.

Last time I heard, Cortez became a highway patrol cop or something (and has put his NFL/UFL career completely behind him).

Wow, if he is DPS there are some players that better keep an eye on the speedometer and rear view mirror. DPS has the information on driver's licenses (including addresses) and they also have access to vehicle registration...whatcha driving these days Larry?

So is Nedney back this week or do we still have to find a kicker?

Andrus would have won us a superbowl.
I'm sure he will go to a team like the cardinals or Rams who will utilize him to his full potential. All he needed was the right coaches and system to show is true talents.
He will be beating up on the Niners for years to come.

Yes he needs a replacement we need to be looking for one now so as to not have 5 more years of s**tty kicking. Thank god we found joe, but we really need a guy to groom and take over one day for him. That's how good teams stay on top they may have a loss of a great player but they develop players and coach them up.
