More often that not, yeah. Last year, I celebrated my 20th year of being a 9er fan by attending my first 9ers game against the Falcons. Flew halfway around the world to see a sad-a$$, unprepared, unmotivated, mistake-ridden team. Horrible product. Felt the same way as the OP.

I'm surprised you stayed that long at this snoozefest. Alex Smith ended the longest scoring streak a few years ago at Seattle. Now Troy Smith completes it at home. The 49ers had scored in every game since 1977. Until these two gems.

I stayed at every game I have ever been to, including the Wildcard comeback game against the Giants. Never even THOUGHT, or CONSIDERED leaving a game at halftime until yesterday. Sometimes we'll leave in the middle of the 4th Quarter if we're getting smashed to beat traffic... but yesterday, me and 3 of my cousins were all in agreement that there was no point in staying to watch that sorry excuse of a game.

I love my team, and I have season tickets, but to me, after a showing like yesterday, not having fun, enjoying the experience, there was literally no reason to stay. I mean it was one of the worst games I have ever been to, and I just wanted to get the f**k outta the stick... Call me what u will, "Not a real fan" "Fairweather Fan", "Unfaithful Fan" etc... it's fine, that doesn't bother me. I know what I am, and I (we) as real 49er fans deserve better than this.

After I told some people we left at halftime, I heard that ALOT of people left at halftime too. Question to those watching on TV.... Did the stands look emptier after halftime?

BTW. The best part of the game were the budlight chicks that we took pics with. Gotta gettem uploaded. Pics to come!

I started doiing laundry during the game and thats the wifes choir. I just couldnt sit there and watch Sing just embarass himself the team and the fans.

Zozell - You contradicted yourself a couple times but no biggie. I do disagree with your statement on the defense in the first half. The defense was the only thing keeping the score respectable considering our ineptitude on offense. Unfortunately, our blockhead coach cant figure out that if you keep riding our defense it'll be dead in two more games. Sing thinks the Niners are the 85 Bears and is stuck in his glory days.

I live in So Cal. I try to make 1 game a yr. for the last 7. I buy the ticket every year and i also buy Niner anything i can cuz im a Fan Also. So just because i dont have season tickets dont mean anything. BTW anyone willing to sell thiers plus thier right, You may have a buyer. Dont question my fandom cuz i dont have season tickects buddy. If i lived in the Bay areas i would be at EVERY GAME. I dont like what has transpired over the last 10 yrs either but leaving a game at 7-0 at the half is piss poor fandom. Why waste your money anymore Sell your tickest to someone that would appreciate going to the game. That is pure disrespect
