Sing has been exposed for being a joke of a head coach. There is absolute no doubt anymore about him being a good head coach. The media and fans have already fired him. Sing only has at most 6 more games left to ruin our football watching experience. Alex has finally convinced almost every one that he is garbage and will be gone next year. (some people will never be convinced )The torture of watching him play is over. We have some talent on the roster and good hire can possibly make us contenders in the bad division relatively quickly. This year was a make or break year for many of the people involved Sing, Alex and hopefully some front office people. Im glad they failed because I never once felt that this group could ever lead us to a super bowl. Time to move and replace them with some competent people who actually can build something here. There aren't really any positives here.

Yes, Sing and Alex Smith are done here.

We still suck though. Guys like Gore, Willis, Justin Smith are a year older.

We are no closer to winning jack then we were during Nolan's time here.

This team and org is a total dumpster fire.

And don't worry Andrew Luck fans. The 9ers are always good for one thing.
Winning a couple of meaningless games in Dec is what this team does best!

5-11 and nowhere near Andrew Luck here we come!!!

Oh and btw, anyone that thinks the Bills would pass on Luck is street rat crazy.
No way in hell that happens.

And ticket prices are going up next year. Obviously, our entire organization is blind.

I hate Eddie for getting busted. He had the greatest team and he got greedy. And we are still paying for it

Firing Nolan wasn't a wrong decision. Not hiring an experienced or upcoming coach the following season was. Perhaps the Yorks should have made Martz the head coach. But that's water under the bridge.

This is a GREAT post......

* yes this has been a very depressing year BUT.. This team has talent, This team need experienced leadership on the football side, and now there are no excuses as to why they cannot get that.

* I an convinced that the ownership is starting to realize that if they throw out there standard bull of no GM and York leadership in football operation is not going to fly with the fans who buy their tickets, and support their stadiums.

How's he going to do that? Mom and Dad won't let him. Good coaches cost too much.

I agree with you. I just have a feeling that we won't hire a dumbs**t this time. I know we don't have much basis to make this statement, but I just have a gut feeling that after this season, we will clean house, get rid of the garbage we have on our roster, and start over. It might be considered 'rebuilding' by some, but in my opinion its just getting rid of the liable components of a team that has decent talent, no doubt. We add a good coach, like Gruden or Harbaugh, a veteran QB, allow our O-Line to gel, add a Cb and a safety, maybe another pass rusher, and we're moving in the right direction.

I know it might be asking for too much, but I just have this feeling that Jed will be doing ANYTHING to win this time around.
