I would tell the HC to clean-up his locker for embarrassing the 49ers organization too many times already!

I thought McNolan did just that but this Mike is doing it better by making worse statistical values for my beloved 49ers!

Seriously, if I was owner......I'd fire Sing tonight. Then, I hire myself as HC!

I'd keep Singletary for the remainder of the season.

The day after the season is over: work to bring in a coach with previous NFL head coaching experience with an offensive background.

Make whatever moves I'd have to make to ensure we get Luck or bring in Kolb, or even possibly Palmer as a stop-gap. Knowing that you cannot build a franchise on mediocre guys like Mallett or Locker.

I'd know that this team is not light years away from anything with buildable-talent at the RB, WR, TE, OL and LB positions.

I'd resign Lawson and Troy Smith to a backup deal.

I'd know that bringing in a more polished coach, QB and possibly a CB would make an incredible difference.

Jed needs to make himself GM. Look how well it has worked in Dallas. Paraage would probably be a good head coach.

Dan Reeves


and I would start to compile a list of names and GM's that I would e targeting because the day the season is over I would fire Mike Singletary, and start interviewing.

In the mean time if I were feeling really spry I would get Mike to agree to a coaching consultant who helps him with Game planning, and teach him how to be a head coach.... ( maybe: Dan Reeves or Dick Vermeal).
