it's always seemed to me that due to our rich tradition and history, 9ers perhaps have the biggest international fan base, maybe cowboys compete in this category.

83,000+ fans booing the Broncos? Wow!
I was not at all happy when I learned that we were going to be half of the NFL's Expeditionary Force, but I'm willing to admit that my displeasure was misplaced.
Kudos to London for giving us a genuine home game, even if it was a hemisphere away from the Stick.
Thank you very much for posting that, was a fun read.

"The Niners were playing a very one-dimensional and predictable game, with Gore handed the ball on the majority of plays."
The hail mary pass is described as "speculative"!
Anyway, fun to read.
BTW, I sure was wrong about the crowd. On my system, when I paid attention, it seemed that the Broncos were getting the cheers, but everyone else in the world says it was 2-1 for the Niners. That makes more sense as the Niners were there early, mingled with people, gave interviews, etc.
Even the Brits realize Singletary has a predictable gameplan, and they are not even familiar with football.

Here's my favorite line from that article:
Frank Gore bundled over the line to extend the lead
Frank Gore = #1 Bundler
