Is Vernon okay?

Got him on my fantasy team and last I heard, he was supposed to play but he hasn't practiced most of this week, correct me if I'm wrong. If anybody has any helpful insight, I would appreciate it. I have been working a lot this week so I have kind of been living under a rock the past couple of days lol.
