I think everyone except Manusky, Solari & Rathman need to go. Baalke is in the front office and made some good move this year but I think he is pretty safe. I really don't see us hiring someone that has both the GM and HC role.
Sullivan has made me mad with some of his decisions and lack of development from the WR position. Johnson although has mixed the play calling up, has not been able to get the offense to move consistently. Hoehner is an OK TE coach. I think Tomsula is a good DL coach but I'm not sure if a new coach keeps him around. The other coaches are all dispensable, espicially Al Harris the "pass rush specialist" coach.

Rathman, Hoener, Solari, and Tomsula should stay. The rest should go.

all depends on whether jed can find a legit gm. baalke is prolly best where he's at: vp personnel. if it's gruden, does he take the reins of mgnt too? if you can lure harbaugh (along with luck) then definitely find a mgr with strong creditials.
that said cant really say solari takes full heat for oline woes esp when you're starting (2) rooks and a new starting center. think schott also needs another at least. but dont really think we'd miss sullivan who hadnt exactly lit it up in his time here.

EVERYONE
Alex Smith.... please
Frank Gore.... by the time we get something going his knee's will be gone.
Vernon Davis.... without a daddy figure (singletary's only good trait) VD will go back to his stone hands, teammate fighting ways
Patrick Willis.... he's cashed out after getting paid.
Taylor Mays.... a.k.a. Roy Williams part 2.
Heitman.... oh ya fragile fred.
Davis & Iupati.... waste of picks
Lawson.... how about stilts hit the QB for once.
everyone else is not worth discussing.... and therefore not worth keeping.
BLOW IT UP!!

Mike Johnson's offense averages one td a game and you want to keep him.
Wow boy has the standard really dropped. Sad

Rathman - maybe, up to the new HC.
Solari - I think he is a good one. He is saddled with two rookies that Singletary wants to play and a replacement center that is not yet experienced enough to make trustworthy blocking calls.
Tomsula - nothing special. Better than his predecessor, but that isn't saying much.
Hoehner - GONE. Vernon Davis is still making the same mistakes on routes, still doesn't make correct hot reads, still false starts AFTER FOUR YEARS!!! That does not speak of a quality coach to me.

You are giving up on Taylor Mays after 1 year. Not even a complete rookie year...
He's played well overall. Causing fumbles, causing special teams havoc, recovering touchdowns. Don't tell me about 1 play here or there. Every rookie will get burned some. He's much faster than Michael Lewis. And quite honestly for a rookie he's played pretty well overall.

Those are the only ones worth keeping. But as MadDog said you could completely blow up the rest. But to be really effective that blow up must include the YORKIES...
