My thoughts are that if this injury is lengthy than Alex is done with us. Why not bring him in and look for either a big trade next year or go to the Draft for another QB... if we draft one then he can sit behind a proven vet and maybe we can do this the right way this time??
But that brings us back to the 2-3 year plan again!!

Well, he might be okay for the next coach IF they run the WCO, but for right now? Probably not.
Although, the fact the Raiders cut him makes me think he may have lost it, but who knows, he may work as a stop gap next year.
But, if by some miracle Gruden coaches, I don't think he likes Garcia.
