Come on now, Sopoaga needs to be the one rotated in. Ray is unblockable at times and always reaking havoc in the backfield. THIS GUY HAS TO PLAY!! Does anyone else see it out there? Sopoaga with all due respect, NEVER MAKES AND IMPACT. I got nothin against him hes solid against the run, but thats it. Time to cut Macdonald loose.

Sopoaga is a huge part of our run defense. Ray is a good pass rusher better suited for a 4-3 but sopoaga is better at setting the edge for running plays in the 3-4. DE is not the problem. the problem is at NT where Franklin keeps getting his butt handed to him every game whcih allows the oline to get to Willis.

Probably not the best time for this thread coming off Soap's best game of the season. He made as many plays as anybody against the raiders.

Ray is a very good pass rusher, but Soap makes a huge impact against the run.

McDonald just needs to find a way to latch on to the quarterbacks. He's probably let 4-5 sacks slip through his fingers this season.

Him along with Lawson. Both are usually a second away from getting the sack.

It's so damn frustrating.

true He should start....but we should see how he does on running downs.....probably giving up a yard or 2 more on runs and is worlds better on passing downs....Overall he is better.

Also, Soap will be rotating at fullback too so Ray can play more and more...
