After reviewing the game film mike singletary came away feeling the oline played good the whole game.

Yes we have the worst coaching in the NFL and we have BY FAR the dumbest

Holy Dear God! This guy is our headcoach

Quote:
O-Line 'Pretty Good': After perusing the game film, Singletary said he came away feeling good about the performance of the 49ers' offensive line. He said a lot of the pressure applied to Smith came on designed rollouts in which Raiders defenders on the backside were left unblocked.

"When I looked at the film, the offensive line did a pretty good job the whole game," Singletary said. "We had in mind in the offensive plan to get some rollouts and bootlegs and stuff like that.

"If he (Smith) was keeping it, that meant that we could do a better job of running inside and they had to respect that. So I think early on, it looked like there were breakdowns and, really, there were not."

wow. jesus...I'm...wow. I can't believe that.

Most of the time, you have to laugh when "fans" on an "internet forum" think they could do a better job than the professional coaches, GMs, etc. But in this case I really, honestly think that Niner Talk would be a better HC than Singletary.

Its so depressing because its soo true

Answer: yes.

bigmike(BM) thot our OL played well. What does that mean, it played like a water well out in the middle of the desert, with everyone stealing water from it? Our OL played like they had no idea what they were doing. And sadly we have some decent talent there. Sad because, BM has no idea how to coach it, nor which O calls to make for any deficiencies in the OL . OL played well and Alex has either been hit sacked, or knocked to ground more than any other QB in the league. BM, my man...is that what you mean by playing "well"? Only thing dumber than that statement is the neat call on 2nd and any amt of yds, with dbl TEs bunched in tight and frank goes right, then left, and then up the center. Same formation, same call on 2nd down, virtually you can make book on that call and then frank hits a stone wall. It is no suprise.

Gentlemen, that is not coaching, that is telegraphing. I sincerely doubt that is MJs call, because i still believe, BM is calling all plays, O and D. Micromanagement, if you will. I would love to see what he and manusk would call on their own with BM just a rotten memory, as in schidt canned. I doubt they would do worse. Seemingly, that would be impossible.
so we have 1st place in the worst coaches department
Colts coach Jim Caldwell is not very good. (Peyton Manning runs the show there and colts have tons of talent). did you see in the sunday night game, colts were running the ball well, 2:40 left in 4th and they passed 3 times in a row, all incomplete. That was dumb, if McNabb had more on that last pass, Skins could have won. Galloway had corner and safety beat on that play.

That's the spirit, we need more of that around here!
i like our OC and DC

however singeltary isnt very good

hes a great motivator but more of an assistant HC

as a HC we need someone who can gameplan better

the losses to seattle and KC were just us getting outcoached and not outplayed and it was practically a blowout
our strength and conditioning coach is excellent

Hard to believe we're two games back in the division from third place...

Those other teams have better turnover margins.
Coach Caldwell is very good since he was Peyton Manning's qb coach. Manning is the best in the game now but he was not always that way, just ask Jim Mora, Sr. The Colts passed because the Skins had loaded up on the run and they were playing man-to-man on the outside which is typically when it's good to pass. That game was close because of turnovers and missed field goals not any coaching mistakes. Take your white sheet off.

LOL, Vantz Sing! At least he walks the field before every game with Uncle Mike (rather than game plan, scheme & motivate like every other NFL staffer)! And where in Vantz' bio does ANYONE see the potential for major college coach, let alone storied NFL team assistant? How much value can he add to what was supposed to be the best LB unit in the league?

Peyton calls his own plays. The coaches can call a run up the middle, and Peyton will change the play at least 2-3 times before the ball is snapped. When you have a good QB, you have the luxury of letting him make the decisions.

Something unheard of here in Ninerland since the Steve Young era....

It doesnt help that our coaching staff takes a whole minute to call a run up the middle
