Looks like he misjudged it early on here also. Looking at the top picture and body positioning, he thought the ball was gonna come down shorter than it did. Look, Morgan's just not that good. We got all excited about a late round WR jumping up the roster, but that just goes to show how WR deprived we were in the first place. I wanted Ginn or Zeigler as the #2 weeks ago, so this to me is just one more "fumble" from the coaching decisions.

Morgan is another Singletary pet project. Butterfingers on that play!

Zeigler should definitely be starting. He seems to get open often and he has a WIDE and TALL target zone! He has the biggest target zone of any Niner receiver. He can catch really wide passes, high passes, and low ones...

Start Zeigler!!!!

im starting to think that morgan just cant track the deep ball well. it seams as if teams do play him man to man and he has the ability to beat it he just cant make that play.
he should talk to vern

Ginn>>>>> Morgan

Ginn should be officially our number 2. He made a nice 5 yard grab yesterday...why was it so Nice..it was right in the middle of the field inbetween a cb and LB and he didnt drop it. MORGAN WOULD OF.

Ginn should NOT be our #2. He's 0fer on the Deep Pass. Put Ziggy in Morgan's spot and take some shots downfield before elevating Ginn to Morgan's spot.

He should be embarrassed. Lands in his god damn hands for 50 yards dude doesn't even try and make the play. Get zeigler out there

I agree, Zeigler shows more determination. Morgan looks more concerned in getting injured. I wish we could see more Crabtree and Zeigler.

I'd like to see Jason Hill activated. He'd have caught that for sure. Maybe not make him the #2 right away, but let him get some snaps and see what he does with it. Ginn is not that good as a WR and is too valuable on ST right now as well.
