9-7 or 8-8 wins this division. Does this make sense?

we really can't write off ANY game in our schedule as a sure win. Not with this Jekyll and Hyde team.

7-7 is realistic.....but only if they start playing well. They are NOT playing well right now.
They lost by 3 or less to three likely NFC playoff teams, being in the lead or tied with less than 10 seconds to go in two of them. They could have EASILY won any or all of those games. They are literally three plays away from being 4-2 with wins over the Saints, Falcons, and Eagles. It's not hard to put a positive spin on the rest of the season.
Actually the seasons should be over for New Orleans, Atlanta and Philadelphia since they all needed last second points (while winning the TO battle) to beat a winless team. They should all just pack it up now since they all won by a field goal or less.

I pray your right man and we do this! I can't stand watching the team lose anymore. Unless this happens and we make the playoffs Sing and Smith better be fired/released immediately after the season. Hire Gruden or Cowher, trade w/the Eagles for Kolb or Vick whomever they don't want and go play real football.

It's gonna be a long season. Enjoy the win..........but dont expect too much for the rest of the season. It'll just make it a lot harder to swallow.
Someone gets it.

Niners had 11 penalties for 143 yards, at home. Luckily they played the Raiders.
They need to fix that if they want to keep winning.

Things are simple at this point. Barely alive but as long as we are still alive every remaining games are nearly must win.

Nine guys on the field? Twelve guys on the field? Well more than 100 yards of penalties? UGLY!!!! Sure glad Heitmann, our team captain, and best OL last year, is riding the bench. Why play him when we have so many immortals on the line.
Two weeks, a 1-7 or 2-6 record, and Singletary is done at the bye. Thank God.
Get out that crystal ball, of yours, and instead of using it for wins and losses, let's see who the interim HC will be!

Slow down!!!!! We just won one game and need to control ourselves
Let's get to 2-5 first and then worry about the next game
One step at a time.....
A-F@#%#-greed!
We beat the Raiders ........ let's beat the panthers, then we can say we are 2-5.

St Louis and Arizona are showing they're no pushovers at home. The rest of our division have compiled a 7-1 home field advantage.
St Louis plays at Tampa and then home to Carolina. They could be 5-3 coming off a bye before they meet us. It's just impossible to project what's going on the West right now. One game the Rams are losing by 38 to Detroit the next game they beat up on San Diego.
amen. The Rams are winning. That's all i gotta say. Nothing is given.
