Do you still Believe we could make a comeback?

I believe we could do this... Our division is horrible... our defense needs to step up, and if alex smith grows a pair and hits VD and Crabtree instead of gore, i think we could win despite his 1-2 pics a game lol. Even though we lost, he had his 300 yd game and a 92.7 rating.

I can see us winning 5 in a row

at least 4 out of the next 5.

The storm is over. We played well against playoff caliber and ex SuperBowl Champs.

Gore can't fumble, Nedney needs to get the gimme field goals, and Smith needs to not get picked off.

There are 3 things you can count on to happen:

1. The sun will rise in the east
2. The sun will set in the west
3. Alex Smith will throw a pick

Asking Smith not to get picked off is like saying to a rainbow "Hey...stop being a rainbow" (not sure why I felt the urge to use a Mango from SNL line there but I did)
I just hope the Alex Smith show is cancelled this season. I can't handle another season of the Alex Smith Show. I've seen every episode more than once, and none of them are any good.

We can win a lot of games if we just do the following:

1. Go to the spread offense or bench Alex Smith.

2. Get the play calls in quickly! When Alex has time to survey the defense he can make adjustments. Why is he so efficient in the red zone and not the rest of the field? I would love to know the percentage of how many times Alex operates from the shotgun/spread when we are in the red zone.

3. Singletary needs to stay out of the offensive strategy game plan!

4. Singletary needs to manage the time clock better.

5. Take more risks on Defense. I would love to see a CB/S blitz, especially since we have Mays at SS.

6. Stop the freaking screen play!

Nedney needs to make those field goals.
