as i stated in teh other thread we should keep him but as an assistant HC he is a great motivator and is the tough love kinda guy he shouldnt touch or go near the gameplanning or play calling decisions but we still should use him effectively

Cmon' charlie brown, give up the ghost...2 years? He's coached like a half a season, I don't recall him coaching anything this season and last year was his "building" process.
