If he hit Gore on that play, it would have been a TD or Gore would have been able to get out of bounds. I think you're overreacting.

The Bay Area rivalry is a joke for everyone outside the Bay area. During the halftime show on CBS, the analysts had a chuckle at the 6-3 score and didnt even mention the score or the highlights. I think JB said something like, "[chuckle], well folks....the score says it all, lets move on...[chuckle][chucke] (rest of analysts also chuckle)"

I know you guys like to make a big deal out of it, but for the rest of the NFL world, it was like watching the special olympics. A lot of "awww, isnt that cute" and "I feel bad for them", at least thats what I got from my buddies.

Oh well, we showed them who rules the Bay Area, right ?

LOL, there was no way he was scoring OR getting out of bounds.

what was the ref thinking

to their credit, johnson came back aggressive to throw for the end zone right after, and smith and crabtree connected

still niners need to get the league to look at that one

I thought the safety was more obvious....

VERY VERY LONG.

I'm gonna do my best NOT to destroy my Raider fan co-workers this week...Remember we are 1-5.

one in the hand is worth two in the bush...wha?

yea, plus, they're raider fans. Imagine if the tables were turned? If they were 1-5 and their only win was against us yesterday.... oh man.

You know, I haven't seen any of them yet.

Dude, none of them are here it seems. Do Raider Fans an "I can miss work today" excuse?
+ Turnover free game.

- Too many penalties in the first half.

Side note: What does it take for Alex to get motivated ? Will he have an argument with Sing every time?

He was acting like a dikhead all game. In a good way of course. The guys whole personality has def changed in a way. It's good though...he's holding his receivers accountable along with his o line. He def doesnt do the whole "Aww shucks" thing anymore.

We'll see if it translate to better play at his position.

Yeah we will see.

I think the guys learned a very valuable lesson here. If you don't like something...speak the fvck up. Could u imagine a guy like Peyton Manning here in 2005? Forget playing but I don't think he would have tolerated the same kind of bullsht that the 49ers org put Smith through. He would have spoken up a long time ago. Smith should have spoken up after the 2009 season and said "fvck you we are running a spread attack offense and unless you find a coach that can run some form of it successfully you can eat my a$$ and enjoy a full season under Carr."

After a 1-5 start it might be too late to have (in Smiths words) a "fvck it" attitude.
1. I'm still not impressed with our offense. Staley had a putrid game! There is way too much pressure coming from our opponents ends.

2. Alex needs to realize #1 and step up into the pocket instead of rolling out to the right so quickly.

3. Josh Morgan stinks! He short armed that nice long pass and for the hundreth time, he does not get off the fine very fast. With our offensive line woes, Alex has 3 seconds to get rid of the ball. With Morgan taking 5 or 6 seconds to get open, this creats a problem. Both Ginn and Ziggy are faster and can get separation. At this point in time, it's all about giving Alex a QUICK target. Morgan isn't the answer.

4. Patrick Willis is hurt. He'll make the play if it's run right at him but he's got no wheels to chase anybody down.

5. Taylor Mays played a very good game and looks like a natural.

6. I think the players have stopped listening to Mike Singletary.

7. Still too many runs up the middle for Frank.
