IMO Brown is just another guy that has never developed. When the team drafted him, he was supposed to develop into a starter. Several years later, Brown looks nothing like a starting CB. Why the team has held onto him this long is beyond me. I'd much rather seen the Niners keep Bly and cut Brown's sorry ass.
