Where will you be as a fan with a Week 5 win?

After watching these past 4 games, we need more than one win for me to crown this team...

You two must feel good about going toe-for-toe with Atlanta and New Orleans. Do either of you think any other team in the division could do that? The Cardinals got absolutely rocked in Atlanta and they're 2-2 right now. I'd say that taking a glance at our division after the first four weeks is incredibly deceiving.

I'm happy for our performances against ATL and NO. But at the end of the day it's all about WINS and LOSSES. I don't care if we just lost to the '72 Dolphins, '84 Niners, '85 Bears and the '89 Niners... We're still 0-4. Sorry if I don't get my jollies off to moral victories...

I want wins as well, but with 12 games left to play, I also want an honest perspective... even if it is a bit homerish.
49er WIN = watching next week

49er LOSE = watching next week
Way too little too late. We needed the Atlanta game.

A run of menaingless wins is what we will do. Not enough to make the playoffs. But enough to mess up our draft position.

In all honesty, anything can happen. Especially since we're in the worst football division in NFL history. The schedule does seem to soften a bit. No matter how much they may suck, playing at SEA and KC are always difficult because of the noise level. In our division we have 2 rookie QB's, 1 over the hill QB and Alex as starters. Maybe you're onto something... hopefully.
I will be where I usually am late Sunday night.

One win wont really matter but our schedule gets easier, we finally have some home games and if we show obvious improvement then I'll be optimistic.

But we gotta win 8-9 games here on out to make the playoffs so our chances are basically 0% and I realize that.
I will be happy that we win but I will not underestimate anybody on the upcoming schedule. I still think we can go to the playoffs now and with a win sunday, it could be all that we need to jumpstart this team.
dude you should make threads on the other 49ers forum. alot of people missed you.

I don't care about the playoffs. This team does not stack up well against most NFL teams. This team is not championship material. Making it to the playoffs via one of the easiest routes to the playoffs in decades does not change this.

I am much more concerned about who is going to be the next HC. Not if Sing goes 0-0 in the playoffs vs 0-1.......what does it matter

This team doesn't stack up well against most NFL teams? In the last two seasons I remember us stacking up well against the Vikings, Colts, Packers, Falcons, Saints. All of those teams are title contenders and two of them played in the Super Bowl last year.

SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS WITH THE FORCED NEGATIVITY!?

Falcons? wtf are u smoking? Vikings and Colts are rerally the only ones.

The Falcons are a very good team.
