i think we are building Rome and the pyramids of Egypt. hopefully its sooner than later that this offense pulls it together.

I heard a few times last year when they had a great week of practice and then proceeded to get blown out or just lose. These guys need to show up on GAMEDAY!

what do you expect our players know only one play gore up the Middle ?!

I'm really not that worried about the offense...the OL will need to rebound, big-time, and if they do as I suspect they will, Alex will have a lot of options with the playcalls and formations MJ calls. Crabtree, Westbrook and Walker will see the ball more...it doesn't have to be perfect to win. As the offense puts up pts, it makes it easier for our D. It will get better, folks...starting this Sunday in Atlanta.

In al seriousness, a sloppy practice coukd be a good thing. Maybe the players aren't executing well because they haven't used a certain part of the playbook that is being called upon? Maybe they are being challaneged more?

The classic Sing Stare.

I've always wanted to know this: For those who watch these practices, how are the practices organized, what does Sing do? Does he interject himself, disrupt, motivate, make them run up hills when they should be learning stuff, etc?

Or, is he a hands-off guy who delegates?

I have known a couple of coaches who interfered with the assistants during needed practice and instead gave long speeches and lots of "conditioning".

I have been around sports all my life and one thing is a constant. Coaches who do lots of motivating and hard conditioning generally don't know that much, have nothing to teach and think all success is due simply to effort. Sort of fits my impression of Sing in general.
