1) Go get a better owner.
2) Get a strong and powerful experienced GM.
3) Get a better HC.
4) Get a better OC.
5) Get a better SP Teams coach.
6) Get return guys who can catch the ball.
7) Get more speed at CB.
8) Get more speed at WR.
9) Get more consistent play at QB.

Agreed 100%, starts with Sing and Raye.

I like our Front Office, its the coaches, other than a few(Tomsula, Manusky, Solar/Brown, Hoener) they need to go.

I seriously believe it is the coaching staff, we need a proven head coach with a winning track record most preferably a superbowl winning coach that knows what it takes and a proven offensive coordinator who can utilize all this talent we have and not be so predictable or not even gameplan or not attack the weakness of opposing defenses. The problem is that I do not see any coaching changes midseason as far as the head coach is concerned, Gruden is the best candidate because of his record and knowledge of the offense but he is contracted to ESPN th whole year so we will have to wait till the end of the season for any changes.
