I want to know why we did not go Onside Kick...

reflecting on it further, it would have been an interesting idea if we had all three timeouts. without them, we couldn't have had a chance at getting the ball back if we didn't recover the kick.

with 3 timeouts i think it would have been worth the thought, but the way our D was playing, i think a regular kick was still the "right call."

but lets face it: if we had done it and recovered it and won the game without letting Brees touch it again, everyone dismissing this idea would be praising Singletary for being a ballsy genius.

Maybe a minority opinion, but i agree w/ Ceadder...but i sure didn't think of it at the time.
