Uh...in a word, "no". Do you really see the Niners beating GB, SD or the Rams on the road? I don't...I'm not even sure they'll beat Seattle at home, given the fact Hasselbeck seems to carve up our secondary.

Hawks dont get to 7 wins this season stl is my only worry cuz bradford is rollin right now but if we can beat em they probably end up at 7 wins this season. We gotta see what happens this weekend before i can have too much faith. I repeat, sea is weak, stl or us will win this division. Odds are it is stl but i'm a 9er fan so I am going wit us until we are eliminated

i never thought this scenario would be possible but it is just look at the schedule of the other teams : nobody should finish higher than 7-9 !
Cardinals : out of it
Seahawks :
vsCarolina W
@San Francisco L
vsAtlanta L
@Tampa Bay L
vsSt. Louis W-L
they should finish no better than 7-9
St louis :
@Arizona W
@New Orleans L
vsKansas City L
vsSan Francisco L
@Seattle W
they should finish no more than 7-9
49ers :
@Green Bay L
vsSeattle W
@San Diego L
vsSt Louis W
vsArizona W
we should finish 7-9 if we can play good football like the best we played this season (saints game ...)
and we'll have with this reasonable scenario a 5-1 division record that would automatically make us division winners in all tie scenarios
So yes i still believe cos of two things :
- the others are as bad as we are
- mathematically it's reasonably believable
I will still believe even if we lose two of the next three if the other also two lose two
But and there's a big BUT ... westbrook gotta play well, we must not lose anymore players with injuries (certainly not troy) and (there's big AND) we abslotulely in anycase do not put alex smith on the field at anytime for the rest of the season
