How long before Smith loses the locker room?

For all of you who are making these ridiculous posts about how Smith is bad, our D is not as good as advertised, Gore didn't do a good job...please think before you post this stuff....or don't and just get laughed at.

It's only 1 loss and consider how the offense and Defense played before criticizing. Alex played a good half, and was inaccurate in the 2nd half, 1 of the int's was a joke of an int through Crabs hands. The niners D really didn't give up much at all, did you listen to Sing or watch the game??? The D did not give up the int 6 points, but gave up a 13 yard drive to an int through Crabtrees hands....not so much the D's fault. Clements got an int by breaking on a ball, but then gave up a 10 yard pass as did tarell brown by breaking on a ball.....both resulting in td's. One TD drive SEA had was GIVEN to them by a PI call when it was more on offensive PI. Morgan was an inch away from a TD, and Smith's pass on 4th and goal was a few inches high......These might all seem like excuses which they are not....they are facts, reality.

2 years ago we were 2-1 and figured to be in for a division title, last year we were 3-1 and headed there as well....but then what happened?

As i told my fellow niner fans, would you rather have a few bad plays that cost you 3 to 4 td's and lose a game than be a lucky team that is NOT good and win. I will take the former. Even SEA fans were saying they were lucky for those gifts, delay of games, when we were a few inches from 3 or 4 td's.

I figured we would lose the Saints, GB, ATL, PHI, SD and 1 joke of a game (sea was it). 10-6 and the division. I still stick to that, however i think we can beat PHI at our home.

Please stop panicing, Alex will get better, he's not as good or accurate as all of us would want, but as far as Gore please stop talking anything negative about him. He and Vernon are great and i'm glab our D starting breaking on passes even though they cost us, our safeties should get moved around better and we need to blitz more. Lewis should get benched for Smith.

I'm not getting overly disappointed with a loss just the same way we should not get overly optimistic about a 2-1 or 3-1 record like the past 2 years.

Carr could be better and at least as "good". the new guy, who the hell knows? Davis..he is better than Smith, I don't think he needs all the play book, he just needs to make plays and hit receivers in the numbers while they run..

Nobody knows how good the other QBs can be till they get in real games.

We all already know how good Smith is, and what he does regular in reg season games. Yippi Ki Yay, That dude pretty good..! Loved the smile of his too at game end, and his comment, well the qb has something to do with this loss..

Very true. We know what Smith can do... (not much). If we lose another 2 or 3 games with Alex at QB, why not give these other guys a shot. Can't be worse than Alexi Smith.

Yeah go ahead if we're not doing well by the next 2-3 games. If we don't get atleast 1-1 the next 2 games. Go ahead. But some of our fans disgust me. They're getting excited that OUR team is falling apart and OUR QB could be losing the lockerroom, and actually want it to happen. Do I believe in SMith? NOT 100%. Will I CHEER for him to do well? HELL YES I WANT EVERYONE ON THIS f**kING TEAM TO DO WELL, WHETHER YOU LIKE THEM OR DISLIKE THEM OR PLAIN HATE THEIR GUTS. JRG was right about some of you guys. Venting after yesterday was 1 thing, this topic is another. This team has some of the worst fans in the NFL.

While there's still a chance to salvage this season, Raye has to go.

And he absolutely must be gone before next year or else whoever we draft to replace Alex will be set up to fail as well.

Because these guys would rather we lose than that we do well, just so a player they dislike will be off the team. He had 1 bad game, he's had some in the past, he's had some good games too, the bad outnumbers the good a bit, but people shouldn't hate him so bad they hope their team loses. f**k losing, I'm sick of this s**t. I want to see this team win. I don't care if our secondary is a bunch of greedy idiots who want to get INTs and stats rather than shut down their man. I don't care that our coaching staff is more of a high school motivator type of coach than x's and o's genius. I don't care that our QB is wildly inconsistent and some times makes me want to pull my hair out or throw the remote at the tv. All I want to see is for these guys to get their s**t together and win!!! If over the next 2-3 games we see repeat performances than we'll deal with it, and if at the end of the season we've underperformed badly and we suck than get rid of everyone and deal with it. But for now we should root for these guys to pick themselves up and do well!!!

get rid of raye and his sorry offense. he tries to run when everyone in the whole stadium knows its a run. wheres the playaction? wheres his rest of his plays. gosh da*n that fullback dive me off.

i believe in alex smith. he will lead us into the playoffs. then all you fans will start jumpin on the bandwagon
