8 week regular season stretch this year, including the Wembley game before we get the bye week; gonna be a long haul. I think we could consider ourselves lucky to only go on a 2 game skid in the 1st half. Maybe weeks 4 and 5 against Falcons and Eagles...F'n bird teams

I think we'll be dynamite in the 2nd half though. A lot easier schedule coupled with playing all the teams we'll need to beat, give me a lot of confidence that our team will respond well after the bye. I don't see us going on any skids down the back stretch, but we can't afford to drop even 1 division game imo. There's no excuse for us not to run the table on our division; those guys suck

Still, we're gonna need a little luck from the no injury luck gnome...he's like the Travelocity gnome except waaaay less likely to stick something up your ass while you're sleeping.

I'm more worried about a beginning-season losing streak. We could very easily start 0-4.

We need to be at leat 3-3 after the raiders game then go on a streak...

If that happens, we shouldn't be considered a contender. Contenders beat bad teams (i.e. the Seahawks and Chiefs) even though they are away games.

The "mid season" slump might come early this year. 3 of the first 4 games are on the road. The only home game being against the high powered Saints offense. After that, team has 2 home games before going on the road against the Panthers and then across the pond to England.

Some of the teams during this stretch could be considered easy wins, but we all know the issues the team has had playing on the road.

u cant be serious right? we play the Seahawks and Cheifs the first 4 games,sure there away,and the Seahawks might play us tough but there is NO reason we cant win those 2 games so worst case scenario we start off 2-2

i sure hope its diferent this year because i always get my hopes up when we start strong
