The majority of the time Baas isn't that impressive. But occasionally he plays like the player we hoped him to be. I think he could do it more often, it is just a matter of motivation and confidence. If the 49ers are better this year than they have been in the past, that could prove to be motivation enough. "A rising tide lifts all boats".

Hoping for either one of them to step up.
