Taylor Mays is a Niner!

Finally we have a Strong Safety that will not be a liabiltiy in coverage.....on Madden. Homie ran a 4.32.....thats gotta be 90 speed.

I just can't be unhappy with this pick at #49. Yeah, he has some issues, but all of the physical tools are there to be a great player. You just can't pass that up at 49, IMO.

I wonder if anybody else was impressed with Taylor's knowledge of our defensive personnel during yesterday's interview? Sure he's literally a backyard talent but he knew our boys from head-to-tow as if it was not just his dream to emulate Lott... but also play for the team Lott was made famous on. This guy is amazing.

Seriously, I f**king wanted Mays bad in the first round this year, and I f**king wanted this guy in the first round last year before he declared his senior season!!!

This 49ers draft has been almost surreal!

We're going to have a scary defense. Mays is one bad man.
