A good football man, will demand for complete control. I'm not sure Jed nor his BFF Paraag who continue to play real life fantasy football with this team are willing to give that up. Maybe that's where John and Denise step in.

Agree. He knows numbers but he is like jed and wants to get his hands in on the football aspect of decisions where he has no business being. He and Jed have been leaking info to the press for years. Like you said we need him out of this organization to help with a culture change. Ideally, Jed would stay our of the way and work in just the business side of the team as well.

If we are going to clean house like Jed says, then we need to really do it.
When I was watching the Post game today I caught a few people (Dennis Brown- who does a tremendous job, and especially Kap, about respecting and doing what Jed and Paraag want and like.
What the hell is that? Paraguay is still an employee, not the owner. Paraag has really snowballed Dr. York and sonny boy

Question for you guys, what power does paraag have to think he could be the problem? Isn't he just the money guy? What influence does he have when it comes to drafting players or bringing in FA? Sure, I don't doubt the guy is a snake but how does he affect the talent on this team?

This would by my question too. I keep hearing complaining about Paraag but I've never seen anything concrete where he had anything to do with a decision made about the 49ers.
