That dumbass Paarag gets criticized becuase his methods get no results, and many suspect shoving these "methods" down Harbaugh's throat forced him to quit. Hence the "difference in philosophy" comment from Jed. Harbaugh wasn't having it.

I personally think '11 to '13 was all Harbaugh's way. '14 was Paraag injecting himself into himself into the gameplaning and decision making aspect of things.

Paraag is the Rob Rowell to Jed York's Chris Cohan, he should be nowhere near the team yet he's in a position of power. Doubtful he ever gets fired

Have you ever read the posts on the "Caucasian dumbasses" on this forum? They are welcome, and roundly criticized by a majority of the people that post here. Calling someone a racist because their view of someone's job performance differs with you is out of line.

Thanks to whoever changed the thread title!

I also think its hilarious some guy is calling racism for our dislike of PM. He is getting less criticism than most team members with power so this is just ridiculous.

Inevitably there's always got to be that one dude to pull the race card whenever you criticize someone that is a minority.

Marathe is getting criticized because he's had a direct hand in the s**tty way this organization has been run.
