Regardless of leaks, while you can't change ownership, you can change administration. Any typical business holds their "president" accountable for failed performance. As far as i'm concerned, this guy has absolutely failed and it begins with him. Get rid of him, start over.

They struggled for like a decade and this guy kept consistently moving upwards anyways, why stop now? The Yorks clearly are buyingbwhat he's selling, he's like the Rasputin of the 49ers franchise.
