Or Jimmy Raye.
Solari was o-line coach under Raye in KC from 98-2000. Vermiel came in 2001 . . . Solari survived . . . Raye didn't.

I AGREE, i started a thread about firing our OL coach. We have a 1st round LT, and 2 2nd round guards and the guards are not playing like they should. This says a lot for our horrible coach and something about our OL players. We need a coach who can actually TEACH them to get better. I cannot believe we did not pay for a great OL coach to help us. We just better get some Great OL players through FA and the draft to make uo for the lack of a coach

I get a bad vibe that he'll end up going to the Skins...

Hell yeah. I wanted Solari a couple of years ago. I am hoping the dismal Seattle stint has dropped him off of other's radars.

Maybe he's waiting on Tom Cable . . . would Sing hire a wife beater?

Fixed.
And I'm not going to get excited at all for any OL coach hire until Foerster is fired first..

WTF you know about Mike Solari.
One thing I know is his one year of OC at KC was one of the worst in the NFL. My brother is a die-hard chief fan and this was the same year Hostler was our OC and we always use to compete about who's OC was worse lol.
With that said KC O-line play was always preatty solid when he was there. The dude just couldnt call plays. I know nothing about him as a ST coach.

I'm really not to keen on the way Singletary handles his assistant coach searches. Sounds like he talks the prospects right out of wanting the job. Hope he at least brings back Mac Duff, if he hasn't already turned him off. Don't hold your breath as far as getting a new O-line coach. We're stuck with Foerster, like it or not.
Thank you, Shanny!!!
