The all-black catwoman Gold Rush cheerleader outfits were the best thing from the 2015-17 Niners black alternates

I think they look awesome - much nicer than the black jerseys from a decade ago

We're just one of those teams where the original colors / jerseys are so iconic that it's really hard to do something new. Whether you like the 94 reds or all white alternates or the 80s versions there's realistically no way a new black jersey (or god forbid a gold jersey would be ugly AF) will ever seriously compete with those. These aren't bad. They're fine but yeah IMO our original color combos are perfect and there's no way a new black jersey would ever seriously compete. But these are fine as far as these things go they could have been a lot worse.

the problem was the font and the fact you couldn't make out the #'s on TV against the black. the gold 3D outline is so much better.

i think the all white is a fan creation, it looks sick. i like the white with red look and the black with gold look.

they should do a red top gold pant with the new number style and see how it looks, classic helmet also

ok the unis are growing on me a bit, but damn, a shiny metallic gold helmet woulda been so sick my god

In the past only bad teams that were trying to change their culture came up with new uniforms. Remember the Bucs when they went from the orange and white to the pewter and red. The Seahawks went from blue and silver to what ever that horrible color combination is now. The current alt uniform is driven by Nike and their partnership with the NFL. Nothng more than a merchandising ploy to get money out of the fans.
