How the hell does Vern lead TEs in TDs this year by a mile and do as well as everyone else in yards and get left off? This is bulls**t if he's right. He had a better year than both of those guys as far as actual production.

Well gonzo did become the first TE in NFL history to catch 1000 balls this year. So I dont mind that much. And Dallas is Americas team so I can see that too. VD= to many drops and he lost games for us. And I bet VD makes it as an alternate.

It always been that way. I remember the first time TO had a good year and he didnt get in. Instead Jerry Rice got in even though TO had better numbers.

There is a very good chance that VD does not get in. Sometimes you have to prove yourself more then 1 year.

Also I think for the niners in might be better if he does not get in. It might make it a little cheaper to resign him.

I understand what you are saying, but did you read the article? He doesn't think Witten makes it because he "plays for America's team" and the PB is a popularity contest. He thinks Witten had a better year.

I think VD is gonna get the shaft. Tony Gonzalez is in no doubt. After that my money is somehow Witten gets in over VD. I've been telling my friends this all week. Honsetly Vernon and shaincoe should be the 2 TE's.

Yea he was I really can't blame the fans. Fans are gonna be fans they gonna support there favorite players. It's the coaches and players who I really had faith in voting for Vernon. but with all these recent December hype around the Cowboys I just feel they gonna vote in Witten. hopefully I'm just being to skeptical b/c VD has been outshining all NFC TE's and after him it's been Shaincoe then Gonzalez.
