49er fan, i probably should just let this go, but i just can't believe that had you followed this board for the last 4 yrs you would have made your comments. I would suggest you do a little reading homework , say for the last 4 yrs or so on the webzone, and you would appreciate how off the mark your comments are.
Suggested ROE(rule of etiquette): when first posting, kind of ease into it, try and insult no one, learn who knows what he is talking about and who doesn't, then ease in some more and make some of your own football observations, then in time, challenge, with facts, those who know more than you. Had i written your post , I would have been mortified. Note: you have every write to say what you want. But generally, this is a pretty collegial, well informed bunch of guys. And, most are pretty tolerant and accepting of newcomers. Maybe you should return the favor?
I appreciate your concern, however we will have to agree to disagree on this one.
I have read the forum for a couple of years now. I have a pretty good idea of who knows what, and the posting style of these posters. Simply because I haven't posted as long as I have read, or post as much as others in general, does not mean that I don't know what I'm saying.
When someone says...
P.S. Some of the noobs are hilarious. They step in here, don't know jack about anybody on the board, and start accusing people of being haters, idiots, trolls. We've got to send some of these noobs back to the minor leagues.
That person is not displaying tolerance or acceptance of newcomers. Rather they are attempting to cyber bully other posters, based on post count and percieved "status".
For me, nobody on this forum displays so much knowledge that they should put themselves on such a high pedastal. It's laughable.
If you feel I need to wait around until "x" amount of posts to voice my opinion in the same manner as someone who has more posts, that's ok. I respect your right to hold that stance. I do however disagree with you.
The hypocrisy of what was being said is what I was laughing at, and the sanctimonious attitude that went along with it.
I replied to quotes, and disagree that my comments were off base. The quotes speak for themselves, and I stand by my responses. I recognize that you disagree with me, and I'm ok with that.
~Cheers!
