My favorite was when he was laying on the ground crying and screaming hurt and then was back up and playing like it didn't even happen

Just realized this, besides for these amazing accomplishments, his last regular season game was a win IN Seattle and last ever game was the Super Bowl. Wish he could've went out with a ring but man what a way to go out

That scream was epic.
And his personality to laugh about it afterwards was just another bonus gift that is Joe Staley.

Man, this is a rough one, but I'm so happy that both Staley and Willis came and went as Niners, and they did it the right way. Congrats on a great career, Joe Show!

Yes, we need more good-guy Niners in national media...most of the ones from the dynasty days are merely guest interviewees nowadays, apart from Steve and Mooch (Deion doesn't count).
Tired of the cowboys flooding national media and broadcasting with their stooges. Media is what dictates narrative, exposure & perception (and unfortunately sometimes, rewrites history).

It's ridiculous how much this is affecting my Saturday right? I have felt less heartbreak in some breakups.....
This is worse than the Buck trade.
All things change and TBH we have retooled pretty well. Our favorites can't play forever unfortunately.
