Norm Chow for QB coach please.......

ANyone heard what CHow is going to do if M. Johnson goes there? ANy links or rumors out there?

It looks like Geep Chryst will be the 49ers new QB's coach. He was the QB's coach with the Chargers (99-2000) when Harbaugh was playing there. He also did a solid job as Jake Plummer's QB coach in Ariz

Geep Chryst?

I LOL'd

Hey, we got the "Greg Roman Rowboat Thread"... Can't wait to make the "Geep Chryst Jeep Chrysler Thread" when this hire is official

The above videos are auto-populated by an affiliate.
Well there goes CHow for Qb coach................ Still holding out hope for Rice to be our WR coach........

Anyone who ever thought/thinks Rice would be our WR's coach, well is just is not living on planet earth.

Didn't know we lived on planet earth in ninertalk? With that said, Rice on the sideline everygame in any capacity would be sweet.
Geep Chryst was Harbaugh's QB coach in Chicago (91-94) and San Diego (99-2000). He has a solid resume. A lot of NFL exp. It is obvious Harbaugh is going with coaches he has worked with or played under.

I am very curious to see who we get as WR's coach. I was hoping for a Ray Sherman or George Stewart but neither have ever crossed paths with Harbaugh. Wendell Davis might get a look. He is our current Assistant WR's/Offensive Assistant coach and played with Harbaugh for a half dozen years in Chicago but I am not sure if he is ready or qualified to be a full time WR's coach in the NFL. We'll see.

I really hope we get Jim Leavitt as LB's coach.

He'll continue to fill some of the vacant spots this week. Next week, he'll do some multi-tasking as he begins the scouting process at the Senior Bowl while also looking over resumes from unemployed coaches seeking jobs on his staff.

Tight ends: Currently vacant. (Panthers tight ends coach Geep Chryst, who coached Harbaugh with the Bears and Chargers, is believed to be a top candidate.) 2010: Pete Hoener, who has interviewed for at least one other NFL job.

I thought Drevino, was going to be tight end's coach or will he be Assistant O-line coach? From what I have heard it looks as though Solari will remain as O-Line coach.

Offensive line: Tim Drevno (Stanford) and Mike Solari, though no official announcement has been made about Solari. 2010: Solari with Ray Brown as his assistant.
I wonder what's taking so long to hear about 2010 assistants. I'd like to hear officially that Rathman/Solari/Tomsula are staying. 3 good coaches and I would really like for Harbaugh to keep them.
