Singletary needs to realize we are not a power running football team. It is to late for him to realize this season for us to make the playoffs but if he doesen't figure it out soon, he will be out of a job.

Hire a well-known gm that knows how to get players for the wco and defense we like to run. and have Shanahan or Holmgren come in as coach, specifically the offense and coach the right quarterback that is accurate and can anticipate his receivers and feels the rush. Get the new stadium off to a good foot with the right coach and system the 49ers deserve.

I totally agree. Were going to play well the last two games against Detroit and STL and it will give us false hope going into next season once again. This game proved we are not a very good team and it starts with coaching. It doesen't end there but that was my biggest fear and today it became obvious, we are a poorly coached team.

I was responding to the thread title: "We got major problems."
Well I thought going into this game that were a good offensive line away from being a playoff team next year but today just showed me we have a lot of holes and worse yet, a piss poor HC and coaching staff.

yeah i agree the coaching staff doesn't know its own players yet, they are winging the whole season, and they experimenting with everything at the players expense.
