He fights for the ball and I don't think I've ever seen him drop one or be out of position. He isn't a timed burner but he has some wheels. He is explosive and I think you are all going to witness the power of Crabs this week.

how do you know this?

Maybe he was the recipient of his dynamic reach around.

I remember them talking about it at the combine and even in college. The guy is a freak.

Hahaha Well played sir.... Well played
LOL. This isn't going to end well. He misses all of camp, all the games so far and holds out for months and now he is the instant starter without knowing anyting or having any game time experience...

Sometimes Singletary's passion gets the best of him.

If he is that good this early than he was worth the #10 pick easily.
i think singletary feels that he shows more physical talent than the other receivers. bruce has been a bum this year, morgan has played well but made some bonehead mistakes, battle and hill rarely see the field for some strange reason, jones is coming off an injury. if crabtree showed that he understands the plays he gives us the best shot at WR. i just wish they wouldve sat bruce instead of morgan, or sat em both and played crabtree opposite jason hill

I understand that this is all kinda "fast" for all of us. BUT.. When you draft a guy that is THIS HIGHLY thought of coming out of college, drafted that high and should have been a top5 and arguably the best WR and PLAYER of ANY position in last years draft. Hes gotta start RIGHT NOW!!! SEE Fitzgerald,Boldin,Moss,Andre & Calvin Johnson, etc. They all started Right from the get, and maybe didnt POST CRAZY stats their rookie years, but they were all still threats and made their offenses better

Your opinion SD. What level of performance from Crabtree next Sunday, will lead you to believe he is special?

Crabree and Hill would be best IMO.

On one note if there is any team where you can just come out of nowhere, miss all of camp, all the games and start it's this one. We have a bunch of clowns at WR. It's not exactly Boldin and Fitzgerald out there you know.

If he misses all of camp, all the games, holds out for months and months, is not familiar with the offense and still somehow manages to start and posts 120 yards and 2 TD's he is pretty damn good.

I don't know about special. You can't judge that from 1 game or 1/2 of a season (roughly what is remaining).
