If Sheets does well...is it as easy as sending him back to the practice squad?
Do we have to cut him again and have him clear waivers before he goes back?

If Sheets does well, he won't last on the practice squad. And yes, we will have to waive him and he does have to clear waivers for a day till hes added back to the practice squad.

Well we'll find out if all the hype around Sheets from preseason is legit.
Remember, Coffee was the leading rusher in preseason and he was just so-so today.

IMO cut Rossum. Sheets can do kick returns or even spurlock can do them. I rather loose Rossum than J. Hill or Spurlock, specially J. Hill.

That blows...Really havent' been a fan of Rossum this season. He used to get it and go last year....this year seems like he's been waiting way too hard for s**t to develop. And he's dancing back there with negative yardage.

Thats a good thought, Rossum hasnt done anything to warrant an automatic roster spot.

This is what happens when there are too many special teams specialists on the squad. Simply put, michael robinson has to start to contribute as a running back.

Yes, Frank needs 2-3 weeks off imo. He needs to be 100% in order for us to be consistent.

Absolutely. The offense needs a ton of change up, MS has to see this, doesn't he? What can-will he do to influence Raye to call a more diverse game??
I swear all this team appears to need is about 35% more diversity in play to really push it over the top. Roman, what can you say; he gets a sack, then he proves once more to be one the DB biggest liabilities. Is was a killer play though, unfortunately.
Sheets will start the "change=up process. Imagine if we would have made those big guys up front start running side to sdie, and then have to cut back to cover our dreaded; up the gut runs..
Onward, Rams up.. You going down!

Let him rest till after the bye. No need to push his recovery when we're playing the Rams and then hopefully Raye will open up the playbook and use Sheets on screens and tosses, etc. We did pretty damn good against the Vikings stout defense today and I think the Falcons will be somewhat easier to run on -- hopefully run that is set up through some spreading of defenses and passing that will begin to be utilized in the Rams game.

I don't see us calling him up. He a speedy and agile player but he still has trouble blocking.
.....And you can't just put him in there on running plays.

If he does get called up from the PS he probably won't see much action, in that he would be behind Coffee and Robinson. However, that said he might be useful on some screens etc with his pace ala Sproles.
Its a shame that Clayton was injured pre-season he might just have got a long awaited chance.
