1) I think it's pretty cool we can see each individual play. Pretty neat.

2) I think the Owen's play was worse because he was caught flat footed. On the Moss play it was a simple speed thing and it was the perfect pattern to beat the cover-2.

Owens, though, fakes the out, freezes Clements, then cuts back and blows by him. He even runs into him because Clements is so flat footed.

Then Clements goes for the ball and not the tackle.

Fail. Then Fail.
First of all, On the Randy Moss play, I dont' know if you guys noticed the defense they were playing, but clements was like 10 yards off in the stupid a** Zone defense that always gets burned when nolan puts it in. Randy moss was already in full stride where he wasn't disruptied by the time nate had to turn and run with him. Of course you're gonna get burned when the WR is already in full stride.

Secondly, In the case of Owens, every time Romo went to pass, he had virtually 7-8 seconds to throw the ball. NO PASS RUSH WHATSOEVER! I dont know how you plan to stop a top flight WR when the qb has all day to throw the ball.
Take out that touchdown pass to moss and he only had 45 yards total. wow.
T.O. pwned Clements all day long. He looked like a rook out there.

Notice that we were in the lead until both of these plays happened.

he clearly gets toasted on the TO one more. competley faked out.

harris takes a TERRIBLE angle on the randy play....tough to blame Nate 100% for that one.

Maybe, if you noticed in the video, Romo was under serious pressure but he escaped it by stepping up in the pocket. Not saying we pressure on him all game, but that play, we certainly did.

If you go back and look at that play vs. TO, you'd see why he actually got burnt. Clements got caught looking in the backfield, when the play was broken down, and wasn't prepared or aware for that deep pass to TO till it was too late. And failing to wrap up the tackle instead of trying to make TO fumble didn't help either. And go back to the play by play of that game you'd see Mark Roman was responsible for 80 yards of TO's.
T.O's play probably, but were was Roman on both of those plays hmmm?

I want to rip my hair out when I see every defensive player on the TV screen except the corners because our coaches put them back so far. I'm not an NFL coach by any means, but it would make more sense to me if Harris to play back further and let Clements jam at the LOS most of the time. Clements is a physical corner, and when a WR has a 10 yard mark to get up to full speed, a lot of Clements' abilities are not able to be utilized.
