Nah Sus. Article said the 49ers would eat the 30 mil the county is trying to withhold if it has to. Using education as an excuse is just pathetic by the county and there is no way they win in court because this is actually a loan give by the 49ers and the county is paying them back so technically its the 49ers money.

"Re-allocated to teachers and schools" really means "wasted on the administrative beurocracy of the teachers union". I doubt any kids will directly benefit from the money.

Agreed.
As much as teachers and schools complain about funding I've seen so much money wasted by school districts for the stupidest garbage and using education is just a ploy so they can take the money without looking bad.
